Janet Ruth,57, of the Pembroke Community of New Bern transitioned Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at her residence.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy P. Ruth, New Bern and her son, Timothy P. Ruth II, New Bern; five sisters, Sandra Sampson, Vanceboro, Robin Houtman, , Jackie Jackson, Vanessa Hudson and Shelia Ward of New Bern.
