Ms. Vickie Renee McMillan, 63, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at her residence.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 3:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
