A Service to Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Mr. Willoughby will be on Saturday, July 11, 2026, 10:00am, Smith's Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. Interment will follow in the Madison Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Wadesboro, North Carolina.
