Maggie was born on December 1, 1954 to Robert Stewart and Maggie Wylie in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Maggie passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at Piedmont Medical Center.

Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, July 12, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Parker Funeral Home Chapel.

Home Going Celebration for Maggie J. Stewart Barnette will be held at 2:00 PM at the McGirt Auditorium.

Followed by the internment at the Barber Memorial Cemetery.

The repass will be at McGirt Auditorium immediately after the burial.
