It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kimberly Roland Wells, who departed this life on July 9, 2026, at the age of 64, at her home in Decatur, Texas.
Born on July 28, 1961, in Fort Worth, Texas, Kimberly lived a life defined by compassion, resilience, and an unwavering devotion to those she loved. She dedicated much of her career to caring for others in the medical field, where her kindness, professionalism, and dedication earned the admiration and respect of both her colleagues and the many lives she touched.
Kimberly is lovingly remembered by her three siblings, Tommy Roland, Diane Black, and Niki Carson; her two children, Maranda Llewellyn and Malcom Wells and his wife, Kayla; and her three cherished grandchildren, Preston, Liam, and Harley. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Don and Patsy Roland.
Outside of her career, Kimberly found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved spending time in the sunshine, expressing her creativity through a variety of crafts, nurturing her home garden and loved animals. Her strength, independence, and unwavering love for her children were the foundation of her life and will remain an enduring source of comfort and inspiration to those who knew her.
In accordance with Kimberly’s wishes, she will be cremated, and no memorial or funeral services will be held.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered their love, prayers, support, and friendship during this difficult time.
Though Kimberly will be deeply missed, her love, generous heart, creative spirit, and the countless memories she leaves behind will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
