We announce the passing of Ms. Thelma C. Davis, 77, of Palmetto (Atlanta), Georgia. Reared in the Fennell Hill Community of Yemassee, South Carolina; she attended the public schools of Hampton County and was a proud graduate of Wade Hampton High School Class of 1967. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister and loved one, her gracious manner and radiant smile, shall be an eternal memory.
