Family and friends are invited to a public viewing and visitation on Friday, July 24, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at The Madison Chapel, 1086 Ward Road, Madison, Georgia 30650.

A Celebration of Life service honoring Mrs.Horton will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at The Madison Chapel, 1086 Ward Road, Madison, Georgia 30650. Interment will follow at Madison Memorial Cemetery, 100 Center Street, Madison, Georgia 30650.
