United States Veteran Ernest Bell, 79, of Tifton, Ga. transitioned this life on Thursday, July 30th at Colquitt Regional Medical Center in Moultrie, Ga.

Services are incomplete at the present time, but will be announced at a later date pending the completion of the arrangements.
