I did not know Mr. English but I did know his son Nelson. Now I understand how Nelson became the man he was and is.

My condolences to the English family and friends. John 6:40 states, "For this is the will of the Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day." May you continue to be comforted by loving memories of your loved one in the hours and days ahead.

I want to offer my condolences to the English family. Hebrews 4:15 says, “ For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tested in all respects as we have, but without sin.” Yes, Jesus endured sufferings when on earth, even the pain of losing a dear friend (John 11: 33, 35, 38). It has been promised from our God of comfort that sickness, old age, pain, and death will be removed ((Isaiah 33:24; Job 33:24, 25; 1 Corinthians 15:26; Revelation 21:4,5). An additional promise given is that all our loved ones in the memorial tombs will be awaken from asleep in death to enjoy life as our loving Creator purposed (Isaiah 26:19; Psalms 145:16). Allow these words to keep comforting all of you.
