Mr. Brandon Bernard Williams, age 17, of Rome, Ga. transitioned April 4, 2019.

Service for Mr. Williams will be Friday, April 12, 2019 at 1 pm at F.K. Jones Funeral Home in Peek Chapel. Interment will follow at Eastview Cemetery.

I’m not ready to write this but. I guess there’s never going to be a perfect time. I remember how I’d ride on your back in the pool. And I used to bite and scratch. But you never fought back. You’d just take it. I stopped. Idk why I did that. I guess I was flirting. I remember when we first met Maggie. I thought she was a snob. But you told me to get get to know her and she became one of our best friends. I remember you liked the green apple icees mom would give us for free. And we’d mix them with sprite. And make “shots” it’s funny. Because they were so stupid. I love Brandon. He was the best person I ever knew. And always will be. I’m so sorry that I can’t tell you how much I loved him in person. And I can’t hug y’all. I believe that your young man is in the best place. And he will be missed by so many. Especially me. - Claire Todd
