William H. Cooley, III., (Retired Sergeant) 71 of Knightdale, NC passed on April 13, 2019 at the home. He is survived by his children William Henry Cooley Bobe (Nelson), Michael G. Cooley (Tamiko), and LeQuinta Cooley Bryant. He has one surviving brother Isiah Bouie, eight grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
