Barbara Ann Walker, 63 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Sunday, April 7, 2019, at her residence in Memphis.

Born Sunday, August 28, 1955 in Memphis, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late David Strickland and the late Sarah King Strickland. She was a retired employee of Fed Ex. Surviving are son, Horace V Ford, Jr. (Deirdra), daughter, Janice T Walker, sisters, Mary Louise Moss (Arnold), Ermazelle Renfro (Billy), Martha Jones (Lawrence), Janice Twillie, Arlette Strickland and Norma Strickland; 4 grandchildren; Justin Walker, Tylar Haynes, Amaya Haynes & Dallas Ford. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday, April 12, 2019, at R S Lewis & Sons Funeral Home, 2944 Walnut Grove, Memphis, Tennessee.

Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday at Centenary United Methodist Church located at 584 E McLemore Ave Memphis, Tennessee 38106. Interment will be in Forest Hill Midtown, Memphis, TN.
