My friend My friend (Mr. Cigarette). I am so hurt to hear of your passing I just had a conversation with you just a couple of months ago when you got back home. Trust that I was not expecting this news of your passing. You were one of the funniest, and the koolest Kats I know from the Vernon Dixon store all the way back to the ROCK. I do want you to know that your main man Mr. Javar D Wyche aka (SEED) will definitely miss your conversations and your rides together in his big 18 wheeler (work truck) going cross country grinding, and keeping him company he called you his riding partna. Welp god had a bigger plan for you Victor you have earned your wings, and now I will say to you fly high my friend fly high. You were alway's trying to be a match maker or should I say a problem fixer. I will alway's appreciate the short talks we had, and at the end you would certainly close it out with "I need a couple of dollas Boss Lady" SMH!!! Job well done, rest on in paradise Vic. Renea D Thomas (Ft. Pierce, Florida)
