Mr. Nathaniel Priester

It is with profound sadness to announce the passing of Mr. Nathaniel Priester,51, of Allendale. He passed away Friday, April 26th, at Augusta University Medical Center.

Memorial Services were held Wednesday, May 1, 2019, 11 A.M., at M.F. Riley's Memorial Chapel, Fairfax, South Carolina; Rev. Glenn Orr, Officiating.

~Obituary~

Mr. Nathaniel Priester, affectionately known to his beloved family as "Fanna," was born in Allendale County, South Carolina, December 29, 1967, to the late Jessie Williams and Jeanette Fields Priester. At an early age, he attended St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.

He attended the public schools of Allendale County.

Nathaniel was known by his professional carpentry on houses. Nate was known in the community as "The Handyman." He was also known for his creative drawings.

Those who will be waiting to greet him on the other side include: his parents, three sisters, and three brothers.

Our Heavenly Father saw it fit to call from labor to reward, his son Nathaniel Priester, who departed this life on Friday, April 26, 2019, at Augusta University Medical Center, Augusta, Gerogia.

Accepting God's will and cherishing Nathaniel's memories are: One daughter: Shertiera S. Devoe; Columbia, SC; One grand - daughter: Ty'Kayah Z. Doe; Columbia, SC; Six sisters: Annette Brown; Allendale, SC, Williette Priester; New Haven, CT, Carrie Priester; Fayetteville, NC, Laurie (Johnny) Gardener; Gifford, SC, Pastor Mamie (Bobby) Grant; Hampton, SC, and Shriley Ann Priester, Atlanta, GA; Five brothers: Jonathan (Mary) Williams; Allendale, SC, Jessie (Joyce) Williams; Riley Lee (Mary) Williams; Herbert (Jane) Milton; and Toby (Elease) Williams, all of Gifford, SC; One Aunt: Mozelle Brisbon, Allendale, SC; One devoted friend: Marilyn Willams; Allendale, SC. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sympathizing friends.

Family and friends were gathered at the home of his sister, Annette Brown, at 399 Oakland Drive, Allendale, SC.
