Essie, Joe was a mentor and a friend to me and my family. He always had encouraging kind words to say every time we got together. The last time I paid a visit, I left feeling gratified that had sat a chatted with two great people (Essie and Joe). My heartfelt condolences to you and the family. A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. Karl L. Ford
