Ms. Helen Diane Moore, 60, of Madison, died May 1, 2019. Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Perry-Spencer Funeral Home Chapel in Madison.

Helen, daughter of Evelyn V. Dalton and the late Joe L. Moore was born September 1, 1958 in Leaksville, NC. She departed this life on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at her home in Madison, NC. Diane attended Madison-Mayodan High School. She leaves to cherish her memory: her mother; Evelyn V. Dalton, children; Jermaine Tabron (Mike), Tomica Moore, Delveechio Moore, Tarika Moore and Jordan “Von” Moore.
