I have only pleasant memories of Leroy. He was always that mild mannered guy with all the traits of a true gentleman. He would give up his seat for females to sit when the school bus was on overload. I hope and pray that his family find comfort in the fact that he has paid his debt to the world. He is a free man.

Leroy will truly be missed. I saw him at least 3 times a week at the gas station, and he was always pleasant and making people laugh. He was a great husband, father and grandfather. He used to pick up his grandkids at Carter's Academy and they kept him active. He loved them dearly. My condolences to the family. Our prayers are with you. *Rasheeedah Carter Sams
