Mr. Ray Charles Neely the husband of Mrs. Rosa Simmons-Neely passed May 23, 2019. Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 11AM at Goolsby Mortuary. The family will receive friends on Friday, MAy 31, 2019, 6pm-7pm at the mortuary. Public visitation will start at 12 noon on Friday. Interment Sounthview Cemetery.
