Obituary For Mr. Maurice Carnell Neal

The relatives and friends of the late Mr. Maurice Carnell Neal are all invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, June 01, 2019, 11 AM at Walker’s Mortuary “Chapel of Peace”, 3407 Old Pond Road, Johns Island, SC. Interment: Live Oak Memorial Gardens.NO WAKE. Viewing for Mr. Neal will be held at Walker’s Chapel from 3PM to 7PM, Friday, May 31, 2019. He is survived by his son, Maurice M. Neal, four grandchildren: Miranda Shanelle-Blossom Neal, Maurice Montrez Neal Jr., Ke'von Neal, and Jo'Siah Neal, all of North Charleston, South Carolina; four brothers: Rodney G. Cheeseborough (Leola) of John’s Island, SC; Darryl Neal of Raleigh, North Carolina; Rev. Dr. Leonard N. Cheeseborough (Adrienne) of Southfield Michigan; COL (R) Randall K. Cheeseborough (Naomi) of Carlisle, Pennsylvania; two sisters: Emogene Jones (James) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Saaidia Williams (Charles) of Port Charlotte, Florida; an aunt, Detra Irving (Clay) of Jersey City, New Jersey; two cousins who are like an uncle and aunt: COL (R) LaVert Jones (Erma) of Roswell, GA and Raye Frances Joyner (WJ) of Crystal River, FL, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a long time caring friend, Kim Rodgers of North Charleston, South Carolina. Maurice is the son of the late Eugene Neal, Jr. and Geraldine B. Neal. In addition to his parents, Maurice was preceded in death by a sister, Quintella Brishbon, and two brothers, Leslie Neal and Eugene Neal, III.
