Obituary For Birdie Foster

Birdie Mae Foster, 80, peacefully entered into eternal rest on May 24, 2019. Mrs. Foster was the daughter of the late Pauline Copeland and John Copeland.

Birdie was a member of New Faith International Church.

She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Copeland.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: her children, Dorothy Lyles of Spartanburg, SC, Debrah (Dr. Jerry) Manning of Gaffney, SC, Walter (Jackie) Foster of Columbia, SC, Ida (Mark) Harbison of Aiken, SC, Paul (Michelle) Foster of Pauline, SC; her siblings. Bobby Lee (Catherine) Copeland, Thomas Lee Copeland of Inman, SC, Maggie Lean copeland, and Darline Copeland of Inman, SC; her fourteen grandchildren; her thirty-five great-grandchildren; her three great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A Celebration of the Life of Birdie Mae Copeland Foster will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at New Faith International Church, 13 Ark Main St., Spartanburg, SC. Rev.

Dr. Jerry M. Manning will officiate.

Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, 505 Hickory Nut Rd., Inman, SC.
