Effingham - Funeral service for Mr. Brandon Ernest Mims will be conducted 11AM Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Savannah Grove Baptist Church, 2620 Alligator Rd., Effingham. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens directed by Smith Funeral Home of Florence, LLC. Brandon was the husband of Hope Epps Mims; son of Johnna (Eric) Gardner and Ernest (Yulanda) Mims and was born May 18, 1994 and died May 31, 2019.

The family will receive friends at 3066 Red Berry Circle, Effingham.

God will sustain you with his "right hand of righteousness" during this difficult time and through each passing day. Isaiah 41:10 says: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness." Isaiah 41:13, I "am grasping your right hand, the One [God] saying to you,...'I will help you.'" Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you!
