Obituary For Mr. James Hall

The funeral services for the late Mr. James Lee "Jody" Hall of 125 Ewing Park, Ashburn, Georgia, who departed this life on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. from the New Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Coverdale, Georgia, with Bishop J. Nathan Paige delivering the Eulogy. Burial will follow in the New Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Coverdale, Georgia. Mr. James Lee Hall was born in Worth County, Georgia on May 25, 1952 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Willie James, Sr. and Rosa Hall.

He received his education in the Worth County Public School System, and J. W. Holley High School, where he participated in numerous school activities.

After graduating from high school, James served his country as a member of the U. S Army.

James was united in Holy Matrimony to his beloved, Annie Lee Hall.

On Saturday, April 20, 2019, while a patient at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia, James heard the Master’s call to “Come, take your rest.” His parents, a son, Micheal Hall, and a sister, Ethel Mae Boatwright, have all preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Annie Lee Hall; his children, Ms. Deidra Nicole Hall, Ms. Kimberly Shauntee Hall, Mr. Marcus Jameil Hall, Mr. Antonio DeWayne (Karen)Lane, all of Ashburn, Georgia; Raymond (Victory) Lane of Cordele, Georgia; James Tyrone Hall, Sr. of Lakeland, Florida; five grandchildren, China Jeannette Lane, Quinteria Keshauna Hall, Termeria Cornelia Dayshawn Hall, Tryree Demonta Lane, James Tyrone Hall, Jr. ; sisters, Ophelia Denson, Peggy Brown, both of Sylvester, Georgia, Diann (Steven) Powell of Leesburg, Georgia, Mattie (Edwin) Willis of Albany, Georgia, Earlene Holt of St. Petersburg, Florida, Linda (Gary) Wallace of Donaldsonville, Georgia; brothers, Willie James (Estella) Hall, Willie Frank Boatwright, both of Ashburn, Georgia, Horace Boatwright of Tampa, Florida, Michael Hall of Sylvester, Georgia, Rayford (Vanessa) Hall of Dumfries, Virginia; Mother-in-law, Ernestine Johnson; two aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
