Bonnie Jean Winn Weathersby Miley “Suge” was born October 28, 1934 to the late Ms. Katie Lee Winn and Mr. Herman Weathersby of Hog Pond, MS. Ms. Bonnie Miley departed us on June 5, 2019 at the UMC Missionary Hospice Center while surrounded by family. Ms. Bonnie was baptized and accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of N.C.C.M.B. Church (Reverend Ernest Slaughter) when she moved to Jackson 2005. Ms. Bonnie was a wonderful mother grand, great, great-great grandmother, aunt, sister, and leader. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband Samuel Lee Miley, Sr.; two sons Macmillan Miley and Michael Miley; three daughters Jewel Miley, Barbara Miley and Edna Jean Croskey; two grandsons Darrell Miley and Patrick Croskey. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, one son, her baby boy Samuel Lee Miley, Jr.; six daughters, Katie Bishop of Illinois; Samille Minor, Dianne Carr of Gulfport, MS; Evelyn Miley, Linda Croskey and her baby girl Wonda (Carl) Thompson all of Jackson, MS; three brothers, Nathaniel Randy and Tommy Weathersby of Chicago, IL; two sisters, Ruth Roby of Jackson, MS and Theresa of Chicago, IL; and an army of nieces, nephews, grands, great grands, and great-great grands.
