Gladys Young, 85, peacefully entered into eternal rest on June 10, 2019. Mrs. Young was the daughter of the late Israel Collins and Jessie Woodruff. She was the wife of Lamar Young.

Gladys was a member of Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church. She was employed as a licensed Cosmetologist, Milliken Manufacturing and Hersey products. A Celebration of the Life of Gladys Young will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church, 110 Brewton Rd., Spartanburg, SC. The Pastor Leon Wright will officiate.

The family will receive friends at the home, 101 Bondale Dr., Spartanburg, SC.
