LaShaunda Renee Lindsey-Wilson was born on September 8, 1976 to the union of the late Jimmy and Earnestine Lindsey in Atmore, Alabama. LaShaunda “Shaunda” accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized in Gaines Chapel AME Church. Shaunda was a proud 1995 graduate of Escambia County High School. After graduating she perused higher education. She earned her associates degree in Medical Billing and Coding as well as an associates in Business Management from American International Continental University (. AIU). She was employed as a CNA for W.F. Green Veterans Home in Bay Minette, AL, Century Nursing Facility in Century, Florida and as a customer relations representative for Z-Tel Communications.

Shaunda transition from life to eternity on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 in Pensacola, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Earnestine Lindsey.

Those who will forever cherish her loving memories: her loving husband of 24 years, James Wilson, II; four caring sons: Wesley Lindsey of Huntsville, AL, James, III, Jaelon and Jamari Wilson all of Atmore, AL; four sisters: Stephanie Lindsey, Yolanda Longmire both of Atmore, AL, LaQuanda (Robert)Bell of Montgomery, AL and Ashley (Lance) Stanley of Montgomery, AL; two close cousins reared as sisters: Kimberly (De) Rose and April (John) Davis; special persons who impacted her life: Dinese (Clarence) Dailey; Grandmother-in-law, Mozella Longmire; extended father-in-law, James Wilson, Sr. , cousin, Lardell McCants and a host of nieces, nephews, a multitude of great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
