Ms. Ruby Mae Gibson Whatley, age 84 of Rome, Georgia passed on Wednesday, June 26, 2019. Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Love Joy Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Eastview Cemetery. Ms. Whatley will lie instate from 12 Noon until the funeral hour.
