Rose Mary and family: My heart was sadden when I heard of the passing of your mother, "Mrs. Kathryn" as we affectionally called her. She was the first neighbor we got to know as she lived directly across the street from us there on Whiddon Street. We are both thankful for her life and in knowing she has transitioned from troubles to triumphant, labor to reward. The greatest comfort we have in the time of loss is in knowing that death does not have the last word – Jesus does! And His Word declares, “I am the Resurrection and the Life… Whoever lives and believes in Me will never die.” May the promise of the resurrection bring you comfort even in the midst of your sorrow.
