Williston, SC - The Home Going Celebration for Mrs. Dorothy Milligan, will be conducted on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Silver Spring Baptist Church, with Reverend Freddie L. Bush officiating. Burial will be in Sandhill Cemetery.

Visitation and wake will be on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Simmons Funeral Home of Williston, Inc. 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM and the wake is 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
