Mr. Rodney L. Brown (McKinney) Life Began on July 31, 1968, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He Departed this life on July 12, 2019 in Spring City, Tennessee. He was a graduate of Tyner High School and was previously employed with the Health Care Center at Standifer Place and Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute. You will always be in my heart. I will find strength and peace in knowing that you are with the father watching over us with no more pain due to your illness which you could not overcome. Rodney leaves behind his loving mother, Cherry L. Merrell, brothers, sister, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. A private service was held on July 13, 2019.
