I am so sorry for your lost. Sometimes we do not know where to turn to for comfort. A strong belief in a loving God brings comfort. The Bible says at Psalm 34:15:"The eyes of Jehovah are on the righteous, and his ears listen to their cry help." I hope these words bring you some comfort.

I would like to send my condolences to the family. The Bible gives a reason and a hope to want to LIVE FOREVER, a natural feeling that we all have and need to keep doing the things that ensure life. Jesus promised that "those in the memorial tombs will...come out."(John 5;28,29) This is inline with God's original purpose to have a opportunity to live on a paradise earth. This promised future includes perfect health and life everlasting for those who want to obey God. I hope this has sparked an interest in following God to understand his promise for everyone, including those whom have died.
