MS. CASSANDRA ANITA PITTS- Age 56, of Dalton, Georgia formerly of Atlanta, entered into the arms of the Lord on Wednesday, July 17, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph Pitts and Mrs. Carol Donie (Fields) Pitts, and grandnephew Zion Nevaeh Miller.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son Maverick Lee Edward Jr. (Natasha) Brooks and daughter Maveis Le’Saundra Carol Brooks; her companion and friend Anthony Spears; her siblings, Ralph (Lucretia) Pitts Jr., Carolyn Ceesay of Atlanta, GA , CaTanya Miller of Kansas City, MO, Anthony Ralph Pitts of Atlanta, GA, and Antoinette Pitts Leonard of Austell, GA; two aunts, Mrs. Jettie Mazie (Fields) Vann of Hazelhurst, GA, and Mrs. Jeannette (Fields) Jackson of Charlotte, NC; nephews and nieces, Lorenzo (Tanika) Miller Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, Carol Erica Sarah (Stanley) Parker of Commerce, GA, LeAndrew Columbus Ellis Miller of Warner Robins, GA, and Carmen Anna Alexis Pitts-Alexander of Atlanta, GA; seven grand nephews and nieces, Zomari Ke'Shawn Miller, Allanah Carolee Harris-Miller, London Sierra Miller, LeAndrew Columbus Ellis Miller Jr., Zakiya Keonie Miller, Evan Stanley Parker, and Hazel Parker; a host of cousins, other relatives, friends, and neighbors. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, July 27, 2019 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Willis Funeral Home, Inc., 2011 M.L.K., Jr. Blvd. Dalton, GA 30721, with Pastor W. R. Floyd officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 till 7:00 P.M. Interment, West Hill Cemetery.
