I am Donovan L. Etheridge, I served with Roosevelt Jones Jr, in the U.S. Army, A Co., 926th Combat Engineering Unit in Birmingham Alabama. My job/MOS was a Light-Wheel Vehicle Mechanic (63B), and Mr. Jones was highly respected and one of our best instructors in the unit. As a Soldier, I learned a great amount of knowledge from Mr. Jones. I am thankful to him for sharing his knowledge and skills. Therefore, to Sergeant Roosevelt Jones Jr. and his family, in honor I Salute! Sergeant Jones will be missed but not forgotten, again thank you! Donovan L. Etheridge
