Elsie Doward Bibbs-Holmes, 78, Passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019.

Funeral service 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2019 at North End Baptist Church, 500 East Grand Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27801 with Reverend Milton Fields, officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Gethsemane.

Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service.
