Mr. James C. Garland (91) who was born on February 27, 1928 and transitioned from time to eternity on Sunday, July 28, 2019.

His loving life will be celebrated on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 1:00 PM from Crossing Jordan Baptist Church - 1401 Cypress Street. Burial will follow in the Pallbearers Cemetery.
