Obituary For Dr. Randell Lavern O'Neal

DR. RANDELL LAVERN O’NEAL – AGE 58 – Of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Monday, August 5, 2019. He was an Elder at True Gospel Pentecostal Church, former Cpl. of the United States Marine Corps, and he was retired from Global Quality Control Project Manager. He was preceded in death by his brother, Allen Ray O’Neal.

Survivors are his loving and devoted wife Crystal Ann O’Neal of Dalton, Georgia; three daughters, Heather (Brian) Shelton of Kokomo, Indiana, Aquonna (Ted) Thornhill of Naples, Florida, Sarah Reynolds of Stafford, Virginia; two sons, Randell (Lisa) O’Neal, Jr., Gabriel O’Neal; parents, Bishop James Richard O’Neal and Mattie Bell Ross O’Neal of Lafayette, Indiana; twelve grandchildren, Chy’na, Ja’Marion, A’mari, Syn’cere, A’dorable, Mi’love, Sierra, Reggie, Charlotte, Amaya, Jacobi, Amirah; four sisters, Caren (Roberto) Chavez, Phyllis (Anthony) Winkfield of Dalton, Angela (Bruce) Russell of Atlanta, Georgia, Taffaney O’Neal of Kokomo, Indiana; one brother, Ricky O’Neal; mother-in-law, Judith Ann Synesael of Lafayette, Indiana; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives who are all very special to Randell.

The Family will Celebrate the Life of Dr. Randell Lavern O’Neal on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 6:00 P. M. at True Gospel Pentecostal Church, 109 Henderson Street, Dalton, GA. with Bishop Reuben Graham as Eulogist and other ministers officiating. Dr. O'Neal was a blessing to many of the men at Walker Faith and Character Based Prison in Rock Spring, GA. He brought a light into the prison and touched many lives. He will be greatly missed at the prison by both the prisoners and staff. He lived Hebrews 13:3....God Bless you Dr. O'Neal for the difference you made in so many lives.
