John Allen"Yockie" Ramsey, 80, of Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at his home. He was born in Steelton, son of the late James and Marion Elizabeth (Fields) Ramsey and leaves to celebrate his life, his daughter, Traci Ramsey; his sons, Johnathan, James, Brian and Cory Ramsey; his special daughter-in-love, Yolanda; Marion Lowery and Nicole Thomas who he reared; his sister, Marian Hairston; his companion, Barbara Carson; his 10 grandchildren; six great-grands and a host of other relatives and friends. "Yockie's" life will be celebrated on Friday, August 9 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton with viewing at 12 Noon until 1:00 p.m.
