Ian Dunbar Phillip Dowe of Morne Jaloux, St. George, passed away on Wednesday 7th August, 2019 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 42 He was the son of: Reginald and Margaret Dowe, Brother of: Colin Dowe and Deidre Sainten, His Fiancée: Shadena Henry, Nephew of: Joan James, Christine St. John and Cosmos Phillip and their families, His nieces and nephews including: Joshua and Jamie Dowe, Brother in law of: Dr. Nicole Phillip-Dowe
