Obituary For Gilda E. Russell

Gilda Elida Piggott Russell, of Richmond, departed this life August 7, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rupert G. Russell, Sr. and brother, Alfonso. Surviving are her son, Rupert G. Russell, Jr.; daughter, Celia M. Reynolds (Andre'); grandchildren, Cheyenne and Andre'; sister, Vivian Sullivan; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 24, 2019, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 2712 Second Ave. Interment Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York. Arrangements by Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd.
