Calista Elaine Clemmons Age 54, passed away on Saturday Aug 3, 2019 at her residence in Mount Juliet, TN.

Elaine leaves loving memories to her sons, LeVar Clemmons and Dominique Davis, grandson LeVar Clemmons Jr and devoted nephew Deddrick Bass. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Lie in State: Friday August 9, 2019 from 3pm to 6pm at JC Hellum Funeral Home 107 Stokes Street Lebanon, TN 37087. Family Visitation: Saturday August 10, 2019 from 11am to 12 noon with Funeral Service to follow at the above location.
