Mr. George Glenn Tucker, 68, of 1568 Mosley Chapel Rd. Wrens, Georgia departed this life on August 7, 2019 at his residence. He was born to the parentage of Annie Pearl Neal and the late George Tucker Jr. of Glascock County. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 1:00 at Spring Bethel A.M.E. Church. Burial will be held in Wrens Memorial Gardens, Wrens, GA. Mr. Tucker was educated in the Glascock County School System. He was self - employed as a Truck Driver which was his passion. Mr. Tucker also was a loving family man who shared a special love with his family, especially with his grandchildren. His other love was Church’s Fried Chicken. He was married to the love of his life Mae Alice Tucker for 49 years. He was preceded in death by his father, George Tucker Jr., his son, Jackie Tobie and sister Mae Pearl Carter. Survivors include; his wife, Mae Alice Tucker of Wrens, Mother; Ms. Annie Pearl Harley, Children; Glenn Tucker, Lynn Tucker, Lenord Tucker and Charroid Tucker all of Wrens, Georgia and Glenn (Annette) Tobie of Millen, Georgia, Felice Jordan of Wrens, Georgia, Shadera (Richard) Bryant of Washington, Georgia and Janice Tobie of Statesboro, Georgia. Mother-in-law, Eva A. Smith. Brothers; Larry Tucker, Clifford Tucker, Darrell (Shymethia) Tucker, Alvin Harley and Brenda (Freddie) Story. Aunts and Uncles; Eva Lou Mills and Willie Lou Neal of Mitchell, Georgia, Jessie Mae Nelson and Willie Elbert Tucker of Warrenton, Georgia, Willie Mae Lawrence and Minnie Lee Neal of Sandersville, Georgia, Daisy Tucker of Sparta, Georgia, Inell Tucker of Sandford, North Carolina and Josephine Rivers of Atlanta, Georgia. Sixteen grandchildren; Mashalia Jordan, Tammy L. Robins, Tiffany Robins, Tynisha Robins, Deondra Lewis, Tamara Tobie, Tyshira Tobie, Tiara Tobie, Takiah Tobie, Jerry Jordan, Eugene Robins, Kendrick Tobie, Kendrick Harris, Michael Fryson, Greg Tobie and Glenn Tobie and sixteen great-grands. Five Sister-in-laws; Reba Tucker, Sandersville, Georgia, Eearline Braddy, Warthen, Georgia, Rosa Lee Wilcher and Rosetta Smith both of Wrens, Georgia and Josephine (Tommy) Harden of Louisville, Georgia. Two Brother-in-laws; James Wilcher and R.M. Wilcher of Wrens, Georgia and a host of other loving family, nieces, nephews and friends.
