I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Rosie for many years at the ACC Solid Waste Department. He was consistently helpful and pleasant; I will always remember him as a kind, old soul. May you rest in peace Mr. Rosie!

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Rosie at the ACC Solid Waste Department. I was saddened to hear of his passing. I enjoyed working with such a nice and hardworking man. He was the best smelling (always had on cologne)garbage man we had here. We appreciated Mr. Rosie's 28 years of service to ACC Solid Waste Department. Peace and light to his family.
