Mr. Canvas Clements, 38, of 7142 Midway Drive, Covington, Georgia passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Piedmont Newton Medical Center in Covington, Georgia.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Putnam County Elementary School, 314 South Washington Street, Eatonton, Georgia, Rev. Fred Lowe, Officiating. Burial will follow in Eastside Eatonton City Cemetery.

Viewing and visitation hours will be Saturday, June 29, 2019 from 1:00 - 7:00 P.M. with the family receiving friends from 5:00 - 6:00 P.M. at the funeral establishment.
