Terrance Jordan Smith, 21, of 140 Loblolly Drive, Eatonton, Georgia departed this life Saturday, June 22, 2019.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 P.M. Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Putnam County Middle School Gymnasium, 140 Sparta Highway, Eatonton, Georgia.
Visitation will be Friday, June 28,2019 from 6:00 - 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
The cortege will assemble from the residence on Saturday at 1:15 P.M.
