Obituary For Oletta Tucker

Oletta Wells Tucker, 77 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee.

Born Monday, December 22, 1941 in Memphis, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Wells and the late Alma Jewell Wells. She was a retired employee of U S Postal Service and University of Memphis in the Anthropology Department. She was preceded in death by her son Ronald B Roberson. Surviving are son, Gregory K Roberson (Pamela), daughters, Pamela D Barnes and Gail R Toler (Melvin), sister, Milo Jones.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday, September 6, 2019, at R S Lewis & Sons Funeral Home, 2944 Walnut Grove, Memphis, Tennessee.

Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday at Greater Memphis Pentecostal Church located at 8941 E Shelby Dr Memphis, Tennessee 38125. Interment will be in Memorial Park Southwood Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
