Funeral services for Mr. Walter Barclay,Jr., 61, will be 2:00 p.m on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church. Reverend John L. Ragland, Jr. is the pastor. Reverend Percy Welch will be the eulogist. Interment will be in the church cemetery. He passed away on September 18, 2019.
