Ms. Arabia Niles transitioned from this earthly life on Wednesday, September 18, 2019. Her funeral will be held 12:30PM on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Woodard Funeral Home Chapel. Visitations will start 30min prior to the service at the chapel. Woodard Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
