Ms. Mary Ann Chaney 67, of Vienna GA entered into eternal rest on Sunday September 29,2019.

Celebration of Life for Elder Mary Ann Chaney 67, of Vienna GA will be held Saturday October 5, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at The Church of the Living God Gates of Heaven Ministry Vienna , Georgia. Interment in the Vienna City Cemetery. Public Viewing will be held Friday October 4,2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Final rites have been entrusted to Coes Funeral Home, Unadilla

Elder Mary Ann Chaney was born on February 16th 1952 to the late Oscar Lee Chaney, Sr. and the late Katie Hicks Chaney. Early Sunday morning on September 29th she was called to serve in God’s Kingdom. At an early age she accepted Christ as her savior. She joined the Standy Mount Baptist Church and later joined The Church of the Living God where she served faithfully under the leadership of Pastor Vanester Dobbins for 40 years. Elder Chaney loved her family and friends. If you needed her she was always there to help no matter what the need was. She leaves to cherish her memories her sisters and brothers, Katie McWilliams, Helen Chaney, Jewel Hall, and Deloyse Lewis all of Vienna, GA; brothers, Bennie Hicks (Valerie), of Macon, GA, Willie Hicks (Angle) of Rhode Island, and Timothy Hicks (Louise) of Vienna, GA; Four aunts, Mr. Elmer Hicks (Corines) of Macon, GA, Lester Hicks (Gail) of Warner Robins, GA, and Acqunetta Hicks of Fort Lauderdale, FL; special nieces, Tomika D. Chaney of Vienna, GA, Shavon McWilliams of Perry, GA; Special nephews, William L. Chaney of Guyton, GA, Elijah D. Reese and DeLawrence Z. Chaney of Vienna, GA; A host of cousins, other relatives, and many sorrowing friends.
