Jeffery Jay "Bill" Randolph, 58, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019

Funeral service 12:00 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2019 at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service, 121 S. Fairview Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27801 with Reverend Richard L. Battle, officiating. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery.

Visitation 1 hour prior to the service.
