Ellenwood, 30294, with remains placed instate at 9:30 A.M. Reverend Michael Smith, Pastor, Officiating. Interment, Greenwood Cemetery, Atlanta. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 6, 2019, 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the mortuary. He leaves to cherish, wife, Vashti Reid Latimore; son, Raphael Joel Latimore (Rose); daughter, Karen Banks Smith (Alton); goddaughter, Cynthia Randall Sloan; 5 grandchildren, Courtney, Gabrielle, Raphael, Jr., Ryan, Rory; 1 great granddaughter, Kaelyn; 2 sisters, Katherine L.
