Obituary For Kenneth Earl Adkins
With many having mixed emotions and understandably broken hearts, S. Jones F. and C. has been given the solemn duty to serve notice that Mr. Kenneth Earl Adkins, 50, of Rocky Mount, NC put down the cares of this life on Saturday, October 05, 2019 in the serenity of his home surrounded by his loving family.
The family has reserved Friday, October 11, 2019, for friends and love ones to pay their respects and reminisce on the life of Mr. Adkins during a visitation that is to be held 6 pm - 8 pm in the chapel of S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1 pm, Saturday, October 12, 2019 in the sanctuary of the First Baptist Church, 8612 Battleboro-Leggett Rd., Battleboro, NC 27809.
His mortal frame will be laid to rest in the Rocky Mount Memorial Park with military honors.

I'm reminded of King David when he came home from battle and all was lost. The bible says he wept aloud until he had no more strength to cry. After that he encouraged himself in the Lord.
